Job responsibilities（工作职责）：•Conduct random phone calls to Retail Field Investigation customers to enquire as to the conduct and effectiveness in which Field Representatives are completing Field Investigation tasks•Act in the capacity as a customer feedback line for dealers and also Field Investigation customers for any complaints or comments•This resource will also be used to conduct required surveys of customers•The resources will also be used to complete other Field Representative team office based activities.Job requirements（岗位要求）：•中文/市场/行政或其它相关专业本科学历•具有良好的语言协调能力及电话技巧•声音甜美亲切，具有亲和力•具有良好的书面表达能力•英语四级以上，一定口语交流能力
