Job Description:
You will report directly to senior consultants and/or project leaders.
Your main responsibilities are:
* to collect the required information,
* to approach potential candidates in the market,
* to conduct interviews with potential candidates
* and possibly to draft candidate proposals.
All your job has to definitely comply with the schedule of each project and development of other project members. You may be required or volunteer to work overtime.
Position Requirements
* bachelor or above degree.
* a self-starter and very sensitive to all the information in the market with analytical acumen.
* excellent coordination and communication skills and high team-work spirit.
* persisting, self-timing and result-oriented
* good command of English both in written and spoken.
* good at operating MSoffice softwares.
