Job description
The primary purpose of the Solutions Sales Specialist is to develop revenue in the Up-stream of Chemical and Petroleum market for strategic product lines, including i-Field(Intelligent Field), SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), HSE-IT Safety, ITSM/ITIL, and other information and technology-based solutions- both directly and through field and other channels.
Responsibility for achieving revenue growth is aligned with the C-SSR (Coverage Sales Specialist Rep) and Brand Sales, and the ISU teams. Individual performs this function in such a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales. Solution sales Specialist will apply in-depth understanding of the oil exploration and development process and workflow solutions that meet the needs of the large crude oil marketplace. Demonstrates strong business acumen, successful negotiation skills and strategic networking savvy to build and execute firm-wide strategies to meet overall revenue objectives.

Demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales, revenue and growth goals.
� Outstanding negotiation skills
� Thorough knowledge and understanding of workflow solutions for law firms and experience understanding the litigation process required.
� Excellent presentation, writing and communications skills. Includes the ability to present complex solutions in a customer-facing environment in a communication style appropriate to the audience, which will include C-level executives.
� Excellent product and Chemical &Petroleum industry knowledge
� High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work in a team environment.
� Ability to handle multiple activities and reprioritize when necessary to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
