Job Description:
The job holder will be trained to carry out the below responsibility within 2-3 years
• Drive Lean implementation in suppliers’ operation to perform waste elimination
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve productivity goals
• Collaborate with purchasing team and other resources within company to plan, execute and follow up continuous improvement projects
• Provide trainings to internal purchasing team and suppliers in Asia
• Extend Lean implementation in supply chain
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 0-3 years working experience
• Sound understanding of Lean with good knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Cell Manufacturing, SMED, Kanban etc.
• Internship experience in implementing continuous improvement projects in multinational company, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good sense in leadership with business acumen and have potential to lead change
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Team player, results oriented and open minded
• Excellent influential, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
