1.undertake prudential review of legal documentation and assist the Prudential Manager to provide internal legal sign
-off to facilitate business transaction execution
2.assist the Prudential Manager to perform regular legal compliance review of the business operations
3.coordinate and liaise with external lawyers, consultants, government authorities and other third parties
4.assist the Prudential Manager to manage the central filing system;
5.assist the Prudential Manager to establish and manage a prudential library;
6.assist the Prudential Manager to supervise the use of company seal.
7.any other duties assigned by the Employer
