Job Tasks:
- Monitor the performance of LAN, Network of South China offices;
- Provide immediate support to users on system problem area with request from headquarters;
- Assist in rolling out system enhancement and new PC software to user of SPRC offices;
- Assist in providing EDP hardware support for South China offices;
- Assist in process review and requirement collection for future system enhancement and process improvement suggestion;
- Assist in handling system access right assessment & application;
- Assist in hardware inventory keeping for South China offices;
- Assist in ISO and C
-TPAT audit and outstanding follow up locally.Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with discipline in computer science, MIS, logistics or related;
- Working experience in hardware and network support is an advantage;
- Good English skills; CET
-4 or above;
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Visio, FrontPage) tools;
- Knowledge of the general shipping/logistics business and process will be plus;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill. Cantonese speaking is an advantage.
