Position summary:
Provides front-line support for hardware and software problems that occur with internal PC and network system, Analyzes and implements process improvement for Windows NT Server related tasks.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Application.
2. Understanding of PC hardware and peripherals.
3. Familiar with MS DOS, Windows and networking.
4. Website experience will be preferred
5. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users.
