Responsibilities:
1. Order Backlog management
2. Inventory control
3. Order and shipment process
4. Search of new customers, handling new customers calls and sales leads (assist to SH team)
5. Serve as E-biz co-coordinator (Avnet E-shop)
6. Generate Sales and business reports
7. Mass e-mailing product promotion
8. Carry Products/ business promotion programs

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS offices applications, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
2. Must be able to produce and formulate comprehensive Excel spreadsheet.
3. Strong skill in Excel. e.g. Vlookup & Pivot table
4. Knowledge in SAP application and Electronics components will be an advantage
5. Good in speaking & writing English & Mandarin, ability to speak in Cantonese will be an advantage
6. Willing to work overtime
7. Self-motivated, responsible, accurate and efficient
8. Relevant experience in Secretary, business administration, commercial or clerical duties will be considered
