General Requirement

1. Bachelor or higher degree, majored in Architecture.

2. Good command in English both in speaking and writing; able to communicate effectively with potential/current customers, project management, and project team members
3. Familiar with related local GB and standards, as well as design software

4. A team player with strong interpersonal skills, also have experience in design area.

5. Able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives on Mega-Projects

Architect ( Class 1 Registered Architect ).

1. Having experience in architectural design, and be able to complete conceptual design and construction detail design independently.
2. Familiar with CADD such as AutoCAD, Microstation, and Photoshop.

3. Knowledge of building material and suppliers.

4. Potential Knowledge in performing management work of Architect discipline in project.
