-完成公司制订的销售目标及行业客户开发计划任务；
-通过电话、网络、直邮方式及部分拜访面谈开发新客户；
-第一时间为客户提供课程资料、报价、合同签订等服务；
-课堂现场支持及协助课程开展;
-及时了解客户需求、竞争对手情况及市场信息并反馈；
-客户数据统计分析及客户关系管理与维护；
-维护公司及品牌利益，积极推广品牌;职位要求：
1)教育背景：
-大专以上学历;
2)经验：
-有电话销售工作经验或人力资源相关专业可优先考虑
3)技能技巧:
-具有很强的责任感和目标意识；
-较强的自我学习能力
-善于沟通和表达，能够成功的影响他人；
-良好的服务意识，强的进取心和成功欲；
-善于思考,灵活的应变能力与解决问题能力;
-良好团队合作精神；
-基本的英文表达能力；
