- Extensive experience with Unix, comfortable with command line interfaces
- Experience with open source tools: Apache, openssl, mysql, subversion, ssh
- Programming skills to be able to write scripts to automate processes. Any programming language would be fine, though we will teach you ruby
- Outstanding analytical thinking abilities
- Patient and precise work style
- Good written English skills and ability to document procedures
