1. Reviewing payment requisitions
- Reviewing all kinds of Payment Requisitions (General, welfare, Fixed Assets, A&M, Training, Project, ect.) according to relevant policies and regulations
2. Making payment requisitions–Making payment requisitions for specified constant payments (AMEX)
3. Book
-keeping
- Making entries for all transactions under my responsibility timely and properly, ensuring punctuality of the monthly financial reports
4. Collecting and compiling accounting vouchers in time
5. Back log the exceptional report for unqualified payment request
6. Making expenses reconciliation such as AMEX report on monthly basis
7. Handling internal/external inquiry
