关键工作Principal Activities：负责组织协调并实施员工和承包商的HSSE培训：Be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the HSSE trainings for employees and contractors:
- 基于安全生产法及公司业务需求，制定HSSE培训计划，组织协调并实施员工和承包商的HSSE培训,以提高赛科员工和承包商的HSSE能力：Develop HSSE training plans to address competency gaps and improve HSSE capabilities for employees and contractors based on relevant state HSSE regulations and operational requirements;
- 和其它团队一起理解和确定符合赛科HSSE目标的能力要求Work with others to understand HSSE competencies needed to meet SECCO HSSE goals;
- 基于工作要求和能力框架体系辨识培训需求和实际的差距Identify gaps and training needs based on competency framework and operational requirements;
- 培训培训师（值班长、工程师等主管）以确保更多的培训资源被投入Train the trainers (to develop more trainers among shift operators, shift supervisors, and engineers etc.) to ensure more resources are devoted and capable of training;
- 对所实施的培训进行正确评估，以确保培训效果得以持续改进Evaluate and assess the training programs to ensure continuous improvement on training effects;
- 制定、协调并实施以教室形式进行的HSSE培训；Set up coordinate and conduct the face to face HSSE training;
- 制定及协调HSSE培训模块，通过VTA管理系统，教授给所有赛科员工，并确保培训效果Set up and coordinate HSE training module for all SECCO employees via VTA system to ensure the good training effect;
- 及时有效的跟踪HSSE培训结果并汇成文件，并使相关领导及时掌握培训进展；Track HSSE training record timely and effectively which will be formed into documentation, and let leadership know progress of training in time.;
- 管理HSSE培训成本；HSSE training cost management;
- 利用VTA系统进行开课并做好培训记录Use VTA system to coordinate the courses and establish training record.Experience/Skill Requirement 经验/技能要求
- 对取得具有挑战性的HSSE及业务目标负责；Be responsible for achieving HSSE and business targets with challenge;
- 管理所提供的费用及措施的平衡Manage the provided cost and balance the relevant measures;

- 预计将来的状况并在事前作好计划。Forecast the future status and make the plan in advance;
