1、负责公司总机电话接转，接待来访客户
2、协助公司内部行政文件处理，负责每周周会纪录，公司文具采购及文具保管，收发快递和信件，公司帐单缴费
3、协助展务组展后报告输入，整理归档
4、协助展务部门外出参加上海和苏州、昆山的展览会，发放相关资料
5、负责公司饮用水订购，联系物业维修事项，协助清洁人员维护公司卫生清洁和养护花木，负责每月2次“拜拜”，每月考勤卡更替
6、协助财务部去银行办理进帐、转账、送交工资盘片、领取银行凭证单，配合会计作好公司业务部门车资报销、展务部门出差报销的填制单
