1.To do calculation which involves establishing material specification, process plan, standard output/hour and part costing.
2.To set up article file for new part and co
-ordinate first article start
-up.
3.To resolve part rejections which requires Engineering dept.s action.
4.To conduct process and standard output/hour study.
5.To do control specification for parts and maintain valid part drawing revision in article file and part master record.
6.To assist in order processing. To assist in preparing and releasing of Job Card, Material Card, Part Drawing and Control Specification for each production order.
7.To do production statistics.
8.To collect data and calculate cost rates.
9.Other duties as and when assigned by Superior.Authorities
1.To propose material specification, process plan, standard output/hour and part costing.
2.To issue Job Card, Material Card, Part Drawing and Control Specification for each production order.
3.To propose process and standard output/hour improvement.
4.To propose cost rates revision.
5.To propose part rejection resolution.
6.To implement part drawing.
