1.To co
-ordinate with all departments towards problem solving and matters pertaining to quality.
2.To organize and delegate responsibilities to the staff of QC dept. towards the fulfillment of any assignment.
3.To structure and implement quality system as and when necessary to ensure compliance with quality policy and system requirements.
4.To ensure that all departmentsoperations are in
-compliance with laid down quality system.
5.To co
-ordinate and liaise with customer on all matters pertaining to quality.
6.To review the Organizations relationship which might affect quality and develop proposal for improvement.
7.To provide training and development for QC personnel.
8.To design and develop the most effective inspection system suitable for the Company.
9.To monitor the quality performance of each and every individual department, vendor and sub
-contractor, and feedback to top Management for review.
10.To establish inspection criteria to ensure conformance of quality requirement and quality policy.1
1.To manage the whole department, determining resources required.1
2.To recruit of new staff.1
3.Other duties as and when assigned by Superior.Authorities
1.To stop any shipment or delivery of parts to customer if non
-conformance arises.
2.To stop any production or processes if non
-conformance arises.
3.To restructure and implement any quality system when need arises.
4.To make disposition on non
-conformance parts.
5.To issue QC non
-conformance report.
6.To co
-ordinate and liaise with customer on all matters pertaining to quality.
7.To authorize and approve the issuance of Profile Chart.
8.To change specification on Control Specification issued on all current outstanding jobs and be responsible to feedback changes to Engineering Dept. to amend & update changes to Master copy filed in the Article file.Next Higher Authority
