Job description:
1.Assisting manager for project management;
2.Running day
-to
-day operation and internal coordination;
3.Audits/clients database maintenance;
4.Management of project files;
5.Communication with U.S to proceed projects ( such as application, reporting, issuing certificate)
6.Communication with clients for payment, scheduling etc.
7.Other works assigned by managerRequirement:
1.BS degree;
2.Fluent in using Microsoft Office software;
3.Good written and verbal English skills;
4.Strong sense of responsibility;
5.Familiar with the certification flow in third party register is preferred
