Responsibility
Assist the whole team and managers to support department work in the fast, friendly and efficient way
Active support different kinds of business issues: business trip, department documentation administration, office administration, recruiting, team building, new comer integration, etc.
Self-motivated searching for new tasks

Requirement
Bachelor or above is required
Could work at least 4 days a week for more than 6 months.
Eligible candidates should get the approval from supervisor/mentor before the application and provide the written approval while on-board
Fluent English in spoken and written
Be familiar with MS office tools, e.g word, excel, power point.
1-2 years secretary working experience is a plus
Be initiative, ability to learn, good communication skills, good team skills and result orientation capabilities are required.
