Ensure safety process provided
-Define dangerous point of production line.
-Analysis and Implement solution.
Provide strong and in time support for production
-Attend SIM meeting.
-Give solution or feedback in time for SIM.
-Ensure some time study on the line everyday.
-Study and develop efficient method to production.
Maintenance in SAP
-Create and maintenance BOM.
-Material replacement.
-Routing
-Material location
-Standard time
Increase KD=UT/DT
-Time study for each process & product (UAS)
-Give efficient operation training to operator
-Use KAIZAN to do improvement
Reduce Production lead time
-Optimize process
-Develop efficient jig
-Optimize material flow(KANBAN,sub-assy…)
Ensure production base on quality target
-Develop Poka yoka(jig) to proof operation mistake.
-Ensure operation instruction are right and clear(more picture less word)
Requirement
Mechanical/Electrical/Electric bachelor degree
2-3 working experience
