The job responsibilities will include the followings:
Perform Quality ESI on high risk components (i.e. ensure process controls are in place, PFMEA, MSA, Quality System Assessment, Run at Rate, etc.) Perform Qualification of components Drive & Improve Supplier/Commodity PPM Work with supplier on their process & system enhancement to prevent quality spills.
Ensure that supplier's capacity will meet supplier quoted yield to Motorola Develop the process capabilities of suppliers Work to correct issues with multi-tier sub suppliers Audit supplier manufacturing and quality process capabilities Provide training to suppliers on Quality ESI tools (PFMEA, MSA, etc.) Develop cosmetic story boards Drive supplier resolution of SQE verified defects
Requirement： Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge or experience in keypad and rubber manufacturing processes, decoration technologies such as plating, spray painting, ED, VM, printing, etc..., plastics injection process, and rubber/TPU molding processes.
Knowledge of Six Sigma Process and statistical tools, preferably a certified green belt.
Able to communicate in English; both verbal and written.
Able to work with others.
