Job description:
1) EEPROM, OTP, HV Process technology development.
2) EEPROM and CMOS devices characterization.
3) MOS spice modeling.
4) Parameter extraction automation.
5) Technology qualification.
6) ESD improvement.Requirements:
1) Master degree in IC/Device Physics/Microelectronics from a major university preferred, bachelor degree with very strong academic background or experience will also be considered.
2) Knowledgeable in device physics, especially bipolar and CMOS.
3) Experience with HP415

5) Good fundamental knowledge and a willingness to learn is a must.
