Business Unit Description SOA acceleration and Websphere Business Partner Technical Enablement is IBM SWG strategic play to drive Collaborative Innovation with Business Partners to provide SOA/Websphere solutions to address customers business challenge.

Under China SOA Center of Competency, our mission is to continuity drive BP SOA 100 program for SOA acceleration and Mass adoption, focusing on channel SOA solution design wins and Websphere solution design wins. We also provide solution implementation support for Websphere Dev2Dev support network; deliver SOA/Websphere skill enablement and SOA solution certification.

The team is one of hyper-growth teams in CDL and we will quickly ramp up to a team consisting of IT architects, solution developers, Websphere specialties and instructors.

Team members will have the opportunity working closely with WW experienced Architects and Websphere experts assigned from WW BPTE team, pick up SOA/Websphere skills, tap deeply into industrial knowledge via working closely with business/industry experts from our strategic business partners and become SOA solution experts in various industries.

Job Description Solution design, development and necessary documentation under guidance of Architect.
Ensure the solution development is in line with the architecture design and Support the Technical QA activities.
Provide supports to BP developers under Websphere Dev2Dev supporting network program.
Qualifications Bachelor or Master in Computer Science preferred.
IBM Certificates preferred.
Desired Experience
- 1+ year experience in solutions design or IT implementation or software development
- Strong knowledge on IBM Software portfolios (Java/J2EE, WebSphere, DB2, Lotus, Tivoli, Rational).
- Experiences in consulting and solution design using IBM SWG products.
- Experienced in J2EE(EJB, JCA, JTA, etc.), Web Services(XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL ...)
- Knowledge of OO, UML, design patterns.
- Working experience with application server: WebSphere Business Integration Server Foundation, Websphere Process Server, Message Broker is a plus。
- Experience with SOA reference architecture, Methodology and GSMethod is a plus.
- Experience of customer projects engagement.
- Prior services experiences or oversea working experience is a strong plus.
- Industry domain knowledge as a plus.
- Good communication skills, both Chinese and English(written and spoken).
- Good team player, Self motivator and quick learner.
