- To provide technical service to customers of all types
- Team wok with German colleagues for technical issues
- Technical coordination regarding after sales service issues
- To achieve certain order intake target on annual basis
《b》Tasks《/b》
- Professionally provide full-scale technical service to customers at all levels ( both internal and external ) so as to keep long term fruitful customer relationship. It’ll involve:
a. pre-sale technical calculation and consultation
b. order-stage technical support
- Technical assistance with after sales service activity Effectively manage key account customers and relevant key projects so as to expand future business chance and help achieve the fixed annual order intake target
- Efficiently communicate with German colleagues for technical issues so as to guarantee the technical synchronization between different parties in the order processing and project pursuit
《b》Education《/b》
- Bachelor Degree
- Major in Communication/Electronics
《b》Knowledge/Languages《/b》
- Major in mechanical, professional learning and work experience, with crane machinery will be a big plus
- Broad-minded and outspoken. With sense of responsibility and spirit of cooperation
- Good customer communication
- Capability of independent work
- Familiar with computer operation
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Needs to frequently communication with foreign colleagues and customers

- Work experience with mechanical is a must, while with crane machinery will be a big plus
- Major in Mechanics
- Undergraduate or above
- Work experience with technical sales will be a big plus
- Being a project manager
- Being an expert in technical issues
- Collaboration with international team
