Job Description:
-To assist HR Manager to facilitate the employee activities within the company via Employee Activity Committee
-To support HR Manager to run the employee roundtable meeting and update HR Information Notice Board
-To be responsible for updating HR Website
-To deliver the quality Translation of the company’s policies or any documents to be required
-To screening CV and arrange interview
-To post recruitment advertisement on website and update JD.
-To deal with Training and Recruitment Documents
-To coordinate training activities
-Others
The other responsibilities which are assigned by HR manager
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in English Language, business administration, or any other related disciplines.
-One year relevant working experience at least.
-Good command of English;
-Team work, Good interpersonal and communication skill
