Position Purpose:
• Admin support for Shanghai & PRE projects
• Cashier in Shanghai
• Bank management in Shanghai
• Monitor closely and timely apply settlement to the outstanding receivable of GACEMR and other project in shanghai
• Co-ordination with BU departments to ensure tight credit control on issued invoices of GACEMR and other project in shanghai and RRE Branches.
• Physical control of fixed assets & other office resources
General Areas of Responsibilities:
• To handle office administration tasks, including but not limited to incoming calls receipt professionally, stationery & distilled water order, courier & trip arrangement
• Assist to handle business licenses application & annual renewal
• Monthly office expense reimbursement and cost control
• Handle petty cash and update cash register on daily basis
• Responsible for banking in all the cash and cheques as and when required
• Prepare reconciliation for petty cash (151001—151003) and cash advance (182101)
• Carry out the filing works in the department.
• To issue invoices for BSSGH and other depots;
• To assist in reducing the balances of overdue debtors of BSSGH
• Other assigned tasks
Specific Areas of Responsibilities:
• To safeguard the physical cash on hand
• Assist to monitor the office moving & decoration if any
• Assist to prepare for internal/external audits
• Provide input on development of business laws and regulations

• Able to:
o Meet tight and strict deadlines:
o Enhance efficiency and productivity as well as reduce cost through automation:
o Prepare accurate deliverables; and
o Communicate with both internal and external customers.
Learning Opportunities in the Position:

• The application expertise of SAP R/3.
• Section head/ Finance Manager will coach/assist you in overcoming any possible obstacles relating to the work.
Specific Requirements for the Position:
• University graduate in Accountancy and Finance and prefer holder of PRC Accounting certificate
• Preferred to have 1 year experience in Cashier/Accounting.
• Ability to work under tight schedules
• Meticulous, dedicated, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in MS application preferably have knowledge in SAP
• Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
