岗位描述:
-Receive, welcome, book and refer visitors to the relevant individual/department
-接听转接国外客户电话,接待访客至相关部门
-Responsible for company meeting room/car booking, staff business trip arrangement, including air ticket and hotel accommodation
-会议室/汽车预订,商务旅行安排,机票酒店预定等
-Accept delivery of mail/courier and keep record
-邮件快递收发
-Maintain the reception area in a tidy condition
-维护前台环境
-Connect, transfer and screen in coming calls; take and pass on message
-日常电话处理
-Assist on office stationary replenishment
-办公室文具管理
岗位要求:
-College degree or above
-大专及以上学历
-At least 1 year relevant working experience in an MNC environment
-至少1年跨国外企相关经验
-Fluent in English, both written and oral is MUST,Must CET-6 at least
-流利的英文口头/书面能力
-Familiar with office facilities and good command of computer MS software
-熟悉办公室设施,MS软件运用
-Detail-oriented and hands-on
-细心负责认真
-Excellent team spirit and willing to provide assistance
-良好团队合作精神
可以2周内入职者优先 薪水3k 以上
