Responsibilities:
1. Processing calls and taking messages.
2. Setting and maintaining clinic appointments.
3. Managing the daily clinic activities through the Hospital Information Systems.
4. Preparing and processing medical files.
5. Checking and ensuring the accuracy of the patient registration details & documenting completion.
6. Maintaining sufficient doctor’s name card available in the clinic.
7. Assisting physician and nurse on patient communication.
8. Recording and tracking clinic activity.
9. Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency in both oral and written English. You must be able to communicate effectively in English to work in this English language work environment.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Flexible, reliable, friendly, caring and trustworthy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Basic computer skill.
