• Push third party payers for payment
• Post payment to patients’ account in PIMS timely
• Prepare final invoice for patients with outstanding balance
• Contact patients for payment
• Answer third party payer’s inquiry
• Other assignments by the supervisor
Qualifications:
• Vocational school education required;
• Associate college degree preferred;
• Working experience in cashiering/finance/customer service needed;
Skills:
• Language skills in Chinese and English, verbal and non-verbal
• Communicating skill in interacting with patients
• Coordinating skill in dealing with problems
• Management skill in time and workload
Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of cashiering;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Basic understanding of customer service;
• Basic understanding of healthcare industry
