KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS 主要工作职责 & 行为 / 任务:
To actively support Brand Team Managers with administrative duties.
积极支持产品组各经理的日常工作:
- Familiar with company operation policy, procedure and effectively implement.
认真有效的贯彻执行公司政策和流程
- Provide necessary administrative support to the team to arrange the logistics for internal and external
提供部门必要的行政服务和支持
- Assist to team on documentation and file management
负责部门文档的建立及管理
- Arrange meeting logistics for internal and external
协助财务部和产品经理控制部门预算和每月应计费用。
- Settle and audit payments to F.F. and agency
负责递交、核查销售队伍费用报告;跟进各种市场项目/活动对外付款的情况。
- Assist to product manager on controlling budget well
协助产品经理管理预算
- Supervise the assigned marketing activities and project
协助执行产品经理交与的各项市场活动
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS 基本要求:
1. Educational /Training教育和培训
- Bachelor Degree or above本科或以上
- Good command of English熟练掌握英语
- Good command of computer skills熟练操作计算机
2. Working Experiences工作经验
Relevant administrative experience in MKT or Sales of multinational companies preferred有外企销售或市场部行政工作经验优先
3. Functional Ability职业技能
- Teamwork spirit 注重团队合作
- Good communication良好的沟通技巧
- Active and hard work工作认真主动
