The position will report to Senior Consultant
Main responsibilities:
- support the recruiting projects
- screening of curriculas (mailbox and website)
- assist and then manage interviews
- back office tasks (updating database)
- support the day by day activities
Profile:
- Young Chinese native person
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Some years of experience in recruiting (Executive Search company)
- Excellent communication skills
- Smart, dynamic and open-minded
- Quick-learner
- Able to work under pressure
