- Accept booking, issue booking confirmation and Dock Receipt to customer and timely input information into systems.
- Based on weekly space forecasting, timely send forecast and contact with customers
- After/before container being loaded, deliver SI to MIP and confirm B/L to with customers.
- After operations are completed, mentioned to booking, implement business record
- Release B/L while confirming that customer settle out freight.
- Weekly summarize loading volume and issue statistical report. Requirements:
- Customer focused
- Highly Conscientious
- Good skills in English and computer
- Good understanding of the freight forwarding and shipping business
- Good communication skills
