Key responsibilities / 主 要 职 责:
Ø Ensure General Secretary work (trip planning & organization, call reception, agenda management, filling, …)
Ø Participate weekly sales planning meetingØ Update ASHP allocation table
Ø Handle ASHP ORFØ Internet survey on customers/producers to increase intelligence of products. Collection of import and export statistics.
Ø Coordinate sales with Arkema Asian Offices (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam..)
Ø Coordinate efficient information flow between ASHP and sales teams.
Ø Function as DOD Asia information source/coordinator with Paris when needed.
Ø Participate in the organization of seminars, exhibitions etc for DOD Asia products.
Ø Master DOA Asia Lotus Notes Team room
Requirements / 资 历 要 求 :
Ø Language: English essential to communicate with regional sales offices.
Ø Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, E-mail, Lotus notes and Internet information searchØ Proactive and willing to propose simple solution
