• 进行客户反馈意见调查;
• 接听热线电话;
• 接听维修机具取送电话,并将信息传递给北京,上海,广州维修中心;
• 跟进维修机具状况,并及时将信息反馈给客户;
• 电话接受客户定单
Responsibilities:
• Deal with the research of the customer’s feedback
• Take the Hotline call
• Take the machine repaired call and sent the information to Beijing, Guangzhu Repair Centers;
• Follow up the repair of machines and give the feedback to customer;
• Order by call;
职位要求:
• 大专以上学历
• 英语4级以上
• 有良好的沟通能力和良好的应变能力
• 好学,有上进心
• 熟练运用电脑
Requirements:
• College degree or above
• Good English skills with 4 CET and computer skill
• Good communication and deal with the emergency skills;
• Curiousness and aspirant;
