Purpose of job: be the point of liaison with Beijing headquarter marketing department for East and South China
*Help implement activities at the counter level and at the store level (site promotions)
*Help implement merchandising strategy at the store level
*Organize press and customers events
*Help source POP / GWP in Shanghai
*Ensure a consistent and regular Marketing report to Region on product and promotion performance analysis as well as consumers behavior and products
*Watches and reports on new launches/Promotions of competitor brands
Qualities required :
- Understanding of the multiple brands
- Knowledge of the Market
- Understanding of Chinese customers and their behavior
- Operational Creativity
- Efficient follow up
- Execution within budget
