Objectives:
In consultation with lab
-engineer, responsible for all product releases, product specifications, KAP’s (Customer product requirements) and customer complains. Acts as a link between production, supply chain management, marketing sales and QC/QM

Responsibilities:
1. Ensures all product data and releases being updated timely in SAP system.
2. Keep updated files for product specifications and KAP together with Production, Development and Marketing & Sales
3. Collects all necessary information from production and QC labs for material release.
4. In case of mismatch initiate appropriate action e.g. double
-check of material properties in consultation with production, QC Labs and/or Tech Lab and product development
5. Coordinate customer complains and ensures products and process improvements are executed. In regards to customer complains consult and coordinate with all relevant departments in the company
6. Keep contact with site QM for general issues and participate in audit related to QC
7. Substitute production coordinator in case of absence
Requirements:
1. University or above, major in business, chemical or mechanical.
2. Working with chemical business background is preferred.
3. Good computer operation skill including good knowledge of Micro software is MUST
4. Good command of English, in speaking and in written.
5. QC / QM background would be preferable
6. More than 2 years working experience in chemical multinational companies
