Responsibilities:
- Handling large numbers of daily customer inquiries from China, HK and from Europe through phone, fax and email.
- The incumbent is accountable for processing customer orders and acting as the primary contact for customers on all order-related enquiries.
- Handling complaints.
- Maintaining high service levels and improving overall service processes and quality.
- Provide administrative support when required.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably majored in business discipline and/or English, prefer with 1-2 year experience in customer service.
- Native in Mandarin and be very fluent in English written and especially orally. French is a plus.
- Outstanding telephone manners and highly customer-oriented.
- Experience in foreign invested companies in similar position preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office products.
- Initiative to work on enquiries and solve problems independently.
- Mature, hardworking, service-oriented and attention to details.
