Responsibilities:
·Assist consultants in business development efforts by providing necessary research.
·Implement position analysis and identify the direction or target of search.
·Utilize a range of methods to source appropriate candidates, including research, databases and advertising.
·Identify potential candidates and/or sources for competitive new client meetings, special pre-search projects and regular search assignments, via variety of channel.
·Assist consultants in delivering written and oral reports for clients.
·Liaise with clients and candidates, assisting with candidate shortlist presentations, organize interviews, meetings and reports.
·Accurately codes all database entries.
