主要职责
1. 确保公司招聘流程符合劳动法的相关要求。
2. 通过互联网、人才市场、内部招聘、校园招聘等渠道发布招聘广告,并及时更新相关招聘信息。
3. 筛选应聘者简历,安排合适的候选人到用人部门面试,并建立公司的人才库。
4. 负责蓝领员工的最后一轮面试
5. 协助人力资源经理建立公司培训体系、汇总培训需求、实施年度培训计划等。
6. 根据企业特定的招聘或培训需求,选择合适的招聘及培训服务商并与之合作。
7. 负责与招聘、培训相关的日常协调工作。
任职要求
教育(程度): 本科及本科以上学历
语言要求: 普通话、英语听说读写流利
计算机操作及相关软件技能:具有良好的计算机技能,能熟练使用Word、Excel、Power Point.
性格特征: 能够灵活、积极、认真负责地完成繁重的工作,具有良好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力。
Primary Responsibilities of Position
1. Ensures all staffing programs are in compliance with labor law.
2. Publishes recruiting advertisements through Internet, Job fair market, internal posting, campus recruiting etc and manage the info.
3. Screens profile of applicants, select the right candidates to be interviewed by the hiring dept, and builds up database of talents for the company.
4. Conducts the final round face to face interview for blue collar employees.
5. Assist HR mgr to set up the training system, develop training requirements and implement the annual training plan, etc.
6. Interacts with the vender of hiring and training to support specific requirements.
7. Handle daily activities and administration of recruitment & training coordination.
Requirements:
Education(Level): Bachelors or above
Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Good oral and written English.
PC Skills:Good PC Skills in Microsoft such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
Personality:Flexibility, initiative and commitment in a business of rapid growth. Demonstrated excellent team work spirit and interpersonal skill.
