Implement basic DFT schemes in terms of BIST, scan, on ASICs; achieve highest possible test coverage; Verify DFT logics and test patterns with simulation and static timing analysis tool; Participate in new DFT methodology discussion and solution generation; Work with ASIC design team, ATE test team in ASIC bring up.
Qualifications:
Master of E&E or above; with experience of Digital Signal Processing VLSI Design, Integrated Circuits Design Methodology, Logic IC Testing and Design for Testability; good to know video compressing and process Audio processing algorithm development, Video processing algorithm development, RTL coding, Simulation, Verification, Synthesis.
