Analog/mixed signal IP, memory and high speed IO development to fulfill VLSI chip requirement. Whole chip integration, ESD design, power/ground design. Chip validation and debug.
Qualifications:
*Strong microelectronics theory and circuit/system knowledge.
*Familiar to VLSI design flow and EDA tool, such as Cadence Composer and HSPICE.
*Have following design experience is preferred:
--High speed ADC/DAC
--Phase lock loop (PLL)
--SERDES, such as TMDS/LVDS
--SRAM, OPAMP, Comparator, Bandgap
--High speed IO and ESD
