Responsibilities:
1. Take responsible of the whole project process including risk assessment、client communication、working out job description、interviewing、screening、and evaluation of candidates、reporting、billing、and other related requirements raised by clients;
2. Set up good relationship with clients and candidates through delivering highly professional services;
3. Analyzing job description and efficiently working out target Companies in the right industry;
4. Identifying suitable candidates through various channels;
5. Conducting screening of the candidates approached;
6. Managing and updating candidate databases;
7. Leading the consultant/researcher team to brood the profitability and productivity.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above;
2. Relevant experience in recruiting, Have experience in consulting company is a advantage;
3. Effective Communicator, good inter-personal skills;
4. Energetic, great interest and passion for the job is most important;
5. Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
