Responsibility:
- To administer incentives programs containing phone inquiries, product details, complaints and follow-up survey with clients.
- To work with FCm Finance departments on payment tracking in connection with FCm Loyalty Programs.
- To source and negotiate with strategic rewards partners, sponsors, and suppliers to co-manage vendors in relation to quality and on time delivery.
- To record and analyze excel database for required reporting.
- To translate simple documents and newsletters.
Requirements:

- Experienced in marketing/procurement preferred
