Full time work
Mission:
1.Provide excellent customer service and provide assistance to resolve the customer issues.
Answer community incidents via in-game tools, email and phone call.
Answer technical incidents or forward to technical support team.
2.Handle and manage the community and build a trust between the game players to help expand the community
Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
Help new players learn the game
Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community
3.Handle and centralize bugs, in-game issues and exploits; identify recurrent bugs and include them to reporting
4.Attend brainstorm, plan, and execute various community event to both retain current players and attract new players.
ABILITY:
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
2.Able to communicate orally in English
3.A strong motivation & high level of commitment
4.Excellent teamwork skills
5.Fluent in English
6.Patience, autonomy and rigor are requested kills
7.Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
8.Able to work under pressure
PLUSES:
1.MMORPG experience
2.Knowledge of Korean or Chinese
3.Knowledge of community tools (IM, forums, etc)
4.Proficiency with MS Office tools
5.Able to handle light marketing
