Responsibilities:
To Help HR day-to-day operations:
HR data collection calculation
Contact with agency for expatriate visa and work permit
Annual leave record
Payments follow-up
Telephone interviewee
On-board issues follow-up etc.
All related HR works assigned
Requirements:
Master/bachelor graduate of 2008, HR major.
Good English skills both in writing and speaking
Good communication and negotiation skills
Skillful with MS office systems: word, excel, PPT, outlook etc..
Must be a hard-worker, and with a serious, careful and honest character.
Must guarantee 5 working days in a week and 6 months internship consistently.
All internship candidates should come from the leading universities of Beijing area.
The candidate who owns the intern experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
