1. Strong knowledge on Oracle DBA, good experience on RMAN and performance tuning
2. Familiar with Database installation/creation
3. Familiar with RMAN, master import/export tools
4. Familiar with SQL Loader
5. Good knowledge on Command line operation
6. Strong ability in PL/SQL scripting
7. Good knowledge on Oracle Dictionary
8. Quick judgment & solution for Database incidents
9. Familiar with usage of statspack and spreport to analyze/tuning database
10. Good experience in database recovery
-- GOOD EXPERIENCE ON ORACLE HTTP SERVER
1. General view of OHS ARchitecture and familiar with OHS components
2. OHS installation (OS: Linux)
3. Understanding Oracle Manual Cluster
4. Familiar with OPMN/DCM tools
5. Configure and manage HTTP Server
-- GOOD EXPERIENCE ON ORACLE APPLICATION SERVER
1. General view of OAS Architecture and familiar with OAS components
2. OAS installation (OS: Win 2003)
3. Familiar with OPMN/DCM tools
4. Familiar with OAS management tools
5. Configure and manage OC4J
6. Datasource & security Configuration
7. Deploy J2EE application
8. Configure and manage the server for high availabilities
-- LINUX SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
1. LINUX OS Installation with different option
2. Strong ability in shell command
3. User and Group management
4. System trouble shooting
5. System performance tuning
