- update the scheduling tools, i.e.
o overall coordination tool for all the projects (company level)
o internal project department tools (internal department coordination and resources allocation)
- coordinate with the different departments,
- synthesize information from the different departments
- be the owner of the whole picture and report to management,
- simulate new projects awards,
- keep developing the appropriate tools,
- support the execution team in their own planning.
