Answer telephone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
Modify web content either using content management tool or editing Html-related files directly.
Setup web logins for new customers or modify web logins for existing customers.
1st level support escalations with regional/corporate Ecommerce/ACS team.
Generate a list of Ecommerce monitoring report.
Provide operational support to other non-web Ecommerce solutions.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or college with 2 year+ work experience), major in Computer Science or related.
Proficient with html design, including java script and designing web image files.
Experience in IT development team of a .com company is preferred.
Excellent problem solving skills, take good ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Team player.
Good command of English.
