-Assist in market analysis, including: market data collection and analysis (both qualitative and quantitative).
-Support to prepare internal materials like PPT files and Excel files.
-Provider control for design and print of commercial materials like brochure, flyer, advertisement, etc.
-Support website daily maintenance by using group website construction tool.
-Carry out market intelligence information collection and consolidation.
-Assist to make different guidelines to normalize routine marketing works.
-Coordinate Marketing Department meetings prepare agenda & venue, minutes and track progress on actions
-Support marketing activities such as exhibition, symposium, seminar, etc.
-Make reservations, travel and conference arrangement
-Manage expense claims for Marketing Dept. Qualification:
-Bachelor degree in business administration & Marketing, or related
-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
-Proficient in searching information through Internet
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop will be preferred
-Fluent in spoken and written English and passed CECT 6 or other higher level English test.
