基本要求：
1.有IC电路板测试或焊接的工作经验；
2.有相应的电子基础知识；
3.性格温和，易与人相处与沟通，能吃苦，有耐心；
4.有基本的英文沟通能力；
5.能适应加班；
6.应届毕业生亦可
