1.To be responsible for domestic and overseas sales projects purchasing management of IT hardware, software, telecom equipments.
2.Providing project purchasing support for bidding price analysis, supplier quotation analysis and negotiation, subcontract negotiation, supplier selection and management.
3.To be responsible for the implementation of global signed purchasing contracts, low cost supplier development and searching for competitive supplier solutions (including price, commercial contract, on time delivery, etc.).
4.To be responsible for PR/PO, source code and nego-form operation in SAP system.
5.To be responsible for supplier frame agreement preparation, negotiation and execution.
Requirements：
1.Education background: University
2.Major in: Communication, Electronics & International Trade
3.Working experience: Sourcing experience and telecom background are preferred
4.Computer skill: Proficient in use Office/Outlook
5.Language ability: Proficient in written/spoken english
6.Other requirements:: work under pressure, good communication skill, honesty & integrity
